Monday and Wednesday - 8am to 630pm
Tuesday - 9am to 1200pm
Thursday - 9am to 630pm
Friday - 8am to 130pm

Can you help me with my insurance?

As a service to our patients, we always verify your insurance to check on your specific therapy benefits which are discussed with you during your initial visit.

Do I need a physicians referral?

Although legally you do not need a physicians referral to receive therapy services, we recommend that you obtain one so as to meet the requirements of your insurance company.
